WHAT COUNTS AS A SMALL CHANGE?

The jobs that shouldn't need a project plan.

Changing opening hours. Replacing a photograph. Updating a staff bio. Adding an event or notice. Fixing a broken link. Changing a few paragraphs of text. Those are exactly the sort of things your included support time is for.

Need more than the included time?

No problem. Additional work is billed at $100/hour, or we'll give you a project price if the request is substantial.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE

A few sensible boundaries.

Included time resets monthly.

Unused support time doesn't roll over. The plan is there to keep your website cared for, not build up a bank of development hours.

Small changes really do mean small.

New pages, redesigns, new functionality and substantial integrations are quoted separately.

Third-party costs are separate.

Hosting, domains, paid plugins and external services aren't included unless we've specifically agreed otherwise.

We can care for sites we didn't build.

We'll take a look first to make sure we're comfortable supporting it, then tell you what's practical.

HAVING A NEW SITE BUILT?

Your first three months of Website Care are on us.

Commission a new website from Shadow Software for $2,500 or more and we'll include three months of our standard Website Care after launch. It gives the site a proper settling-in period — and gives you time to decide whether you'd like us to keep looking after it.
